How will the Totals diet work for you?

For those of you who want to do it your way, our Totals Diet is the perfect option! Instead of following a set diet plan, you enter everything you eat into our food diary and we analyse your intake giving each food a Totals value based on its overall nutritional quality (not just calories). You can earn extra Totals when you exercise, giving you even more flexibility, helping you to lose weight and improve your diet & fitness habits without interfering with your lifestyle.

Important: Family friendly meals are not available for the Totals diet

Totals in 4 simple steps

Step 1. Enter the foods you plan to eat or have eaten at the end of the day.

Step 2. Check how your food intake compares to recommendations.

Step 3. Record any exercise you have done; the system then adjusts your Totals allowance to reward your workout.

Step 4. Advice is provided for improvement (if necessary!) at the end of each day.
