Weight loss goal varies based on starting BMI. Weight loss goal is defined as that set on registration, regardless of further amendments. Tesco diets promotes safe and healthy weight loss and as such we will not recommend that someone loses more than their target ideal weight, as this would not be healthy. Please see below:
- If you have 1 stone or more to lose, the guarantee is always based on a 1 stone loss.
- If you have between 8 lbs and13 lbs to lose, the guarantee is set to the amount of weight required to lose for you to reach your target weight.
- If you have less than or equal to 7 lbs to lose, then you are are exempt from the guarantee.
- If you have a weight maintenance target, you are exempt from the guarantee.
- If you have a weight gain target, you are exempt from the guarantee.
Money back guarantee contingent on use of the service and based on an initial membership of 8 weeks at a cost of £29.90. Use of the service is defined by members who log into their account on a weekly basis, post their weight, leave a comment and generate a new diet plan. If use of site is interrupted by illness or vacation, the money back guarantee no longer applies
We will not refund any money spent on additional services such as Recipe Club, Fitness Club and the D.N.A. We will also not refund any costs incurred for ongoing membership fees.
The guarantee is only applicable to new members who join on or after the 23rd of December 2009.
If you have used the service as defined above and have not lost your agreed target weight, you must contact us within 7 days of the end of your initial membership period to get your refund.
