With the help of fitness team member Rob Hyman, eDiets has put together a Top 10 that really…errmm…dare I say it… kicks ass.

Get started today with these bum blasters that work:

1. Lunges

Step forward and lower yourself until your non-stepping knee nearly touches the floor. Make an effort to tighten your bum muscles throughout the motion. Repeat 20 times on each leg. This is a great flab fighter and you can make it even more difficult by holding weights in each hand, or by doing the action more slowly.

2. Stair Stepping Machine

The constant climbing motion forces even the wobbliest muscles to firm up.

3. Leg Kick-backs/Bum Blaster

Get on your hands and knees. Kick one leg back behind you toward the ceiling. Then repeat using the other leg. This exercise allows you to concentrate on one cheek at a time.

4. Squats

Perform this exercise with or without weights. Just stick out your bum and lower yourself as if your are about to sit down (but don’t, obviously!). Repeat 20 times and slow it down to really work those gluts!

5. Buns of Steel

This workout video will introduce you to a wide variety of bum-toning techniques. Just pop in the tape and get to it.

6. Pelvic Lift

Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor and your knees pointing straight up. Slowly lift your bum off the ground and push your pelvis toward the ceiling. Gradually increase the number of repetitions you can do.

7. Prone Bum Squeeze

Lie on your stomach, legs out straight behind you. Lift your heels toward the ceiling. Hold this position for three to five seconds, then slowly lower legs to the ground. Repeat this motion up to 10 times.

8. Step Aerobics

This high-energy aerobic class is a social way to burn calories while resculpting your bum.

9. Power Yoga

Through the many stretches and moves of one of the world’s trendiest workouts -- power yoga -- you'll discover a wealth of new ways to get fit.

10. Buttock Isolation

This exercise can be performed anywhere -- standing, sitting or lying in bed. All you have to do: Squeeze (with your muscle, not your hand!) one buttock at a time for several seconds. Then turn to the other cheek. Repeat as often as you like, for as long as you like.
