Coleen Rooney Pilates weight loss

Despite giving birth to her son just eight months ago, Coleen Rooney has lost the weight she gained during her pregnancy and can now fit into her size ten jeans.

During an interview with the News of The World's Fabulous magazine, the WAG and mother of son Kai suggested it was exercise that helped to get her back into shape.

She said: "I did put weight on while I was pregnant with Kai, now eight months. I'm back in my size-10 jeans after boxing sessions with my personal trainer and going back to Pilates."

A source was recently quoted in Closer magazine as saying that the 24-year-old had cut down the amount of food she was eating in a bid to lose weight.

The source also suggested Coleen was avoiding carbohydrates and eating a diet of vegetables, fish and chicken.

In an interview for BBC's Newsbeat in 2009, the TV presenter said that she ate healthily and worked out regularly to maintain her physique.ADNFCR-858-ID-19907080-ADNFCR
