Emma had always struggled to find a suitable diet - as a vegetarian she found it difficult to choose a diet that would help her lose weight while satisfying her appetite at the same time. The online Vegetarian plan was designed to do just this. Emma lost 4 stone 7 lbs and dropped 4 dress sizes.

Have you tried any other diets?
I didn't follow a set diet, but tried my best to cut back on certain foods.

What made you decide to join us?
I found the Vegetarian plan. The fact it was a veggie diet was a big plus for me.

Was your weight causing you any problems?
Yes, my confidence and self-esteem were low. I couldn’t shop at fashionable stores, and I really struggled to find clothes which fitted.

Tell us about your diet before you joined us, and how it has changed as a result?
I used to have a small breakfast, a small lunch and a big evening meal. This has changed now. I have a bigger and healthier breakfast, a filling lunch and a small evening meal.

What part, if any, has exercise played in helping you to lose weight?
A huge part – I use the wii fit and occasionally the gym.

What difference has losing weight made to you?
I have become more confident and have discovered a new love of shopping.

Have you enjoyed the diet plan?
Yes, I like using the forums for support and it was great to keep track of the amount of weight I lost.

How do you feel about your weight loss?
I am so proud of myself, although I see myself as being only halfway there. I still have some way to go, but I will do it.

Simply - drink plenty of water.
